Mercedes-Benz doesn't build motorhomes directly - the Mercedes Sprinter is a premium chassis-cab and panel-van platform used by Hymer, Carthago, Westfalia and UK specialists for high-end campervans and coachbuilts.
Mechanically it is built on the Mercedes-Benz chassis, with a manual gearbox, showing 67,000 miles.
The video shows the living space, kitchen and sleeping areas — this layout sleeps 7 and has 7 belted travelling seats.

Electric door, with a flick and it's out. RPG tank, possibly 70 acres. Barbeque point, infill point for the RPG. Huge garage.
Couple of bikes in here, if you wanted. Plenty of storage. There's 240 sockets in here. There's lights, there's lights inside.
Rear cladder, toolbar, rear camera. Other side of the garage. Jet wash tank. There's a point under there to let the, take the tank.
That's the generator tank. No need to mention about the calendar. There's the generator. Lithium batteries.
All connected with all the gear. The setup. Fuel. Exhaust.
Diesel tank. Apple. Auto tank. Impressive view.
Remember, plate will not be stainless. Very important.
