This is a coachbuilt, right-hand drive automatic diesel model with a rear washroom layout and a drop-down bed as the main sleeping arrangement. There is a garage at the rear, which the owner notes will take items such as luggage, bicycles, camping gear, folding chairs and a coolbox. It is a practical choice for couples or small families wanting to carry kit as well as passengers.
The owner advises the motorhome is a non-smoker vehicle, that it has full service history, and that it comes with two keys. The owner also lists a solar panel and WiFi among the extras, and notes the documentation includes the V5C, bill of sale, a vehicle tracker certificate and a Trackstar certificate of installation.

David Cregan wants to arrange a viewing but first asked for the registration, full Ford service history and invoices, correct oil, any accident/bodywork/damp/habitation repairs, latest habitation and damp check, working condition of drop-down bed and habitation equipment, known faults or outstanding work, and any remaining Ford/Chausson warranty and transferability.
The owner has confirmed: (1) The registration is GN73 AEJ. (2) Service record: last serviced 11/3/26, next service due 27/1/28. (5) A damp test was done at River Motorhomes in Stratford-upon-Avon. The owner can't find the paperwork right now and is ringing River Motorhomes tomorrow to see if they can supply a copy. (6) The drop-down bed is in full working order, and the TV fittings, heating and hot water are all working. The owner also says there are no scratches or marks. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are fitted.
Buyer George asked about electric parking brake, TV, cab blinds, heating/water, marks/scratches and a full spec list.
The owner has confirmed: (1) Yes, it has an electric parking brake. (2) It has TV fittings, all working. (3) Internal blinds, plus fly screens on the windows and the main access door. (4) Heating is a Webasto diesel system covering the living and cab areas. Hot water is a Truma gas/electric boiler. The heating runs on electric and hot air and can be set on a timer. The fresh water tank is reached through a drop-down hatch on the outside of the van, and waste disposal works the same way. (5) No scratches or marks. (6) Factory options and extras: solar panel, WiFi, a Trackstar S7 tracker (certificate of installation held), Auto-Watch 695 Thatcham alarm, and smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. The drop-down bed is in full working order.
