3. Our Services
3.1 Brokerage Model
Motorhome Pig® operates as a motorhome and campervan brokerage. We act solely as an intermediary and introducing agent between private Sellers and prospective Buyers. We do not purchase vehicles ourselves, nor do we take ownership or possession of any vehicle at any time. All sales facilitated through our platform are private sales between the Seller and the Buyer.
3.2 What We Do
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Marketing and advertising motorhomes and campervans on behalf of Sellers
- Creating and publishing vehicle listings on our Website and across third-party advertising platforms
- Handling buyer enquiries, information requests, and offers
- Arranging and facilitating viewing appointments between Buyers and Sellers
- Negotiating sale prices on behalf of Sellers
- Providing valuations and quotes for Sellers considering our service
- Operating buyer and seller account dashboards
3.3 What We Do Not Do
We expressly do not:
- Purchase, own, or take possession of any vehicle
- Guarantee the sale of any vehicle or a specific sale price
- Guarantee the condition, history, mileage accuracy, or roadworthiness of any vehicle
- Provide finance, insurance, or warranty products (though we may refer you to third parties)
- Act as a party to the sale transaction between Buyer and Seller
- Accept liability for any disputes arising from the sale or condition of a vehicle
4. Eligibility
To use our Website and Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Be resident in the United Kingdom (our services are primarily aimed at UK-based buyers and sellers)
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when required
5. User Accounts
5.1 Buyer Accounts
You may create a Buyer account to access additional features, including saving listings to a wishlist, tracking your enquiries and offers, managing viewing appointments, and setting search preferences. When registering, you must provide your full name, email address, telephone number, and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5.2 Seller Accounts
Seller dashboard accounts are created when a Seller enters into a Vehicle Brokerage Agreement with us. Sellers access their dashboard via a secure login (email and password or magic link). The seller dashboard allows Sellers to view their contract details, manage listing information, respond to offers, and track appointment requests.
5.3 Account Security
You must not share your account credentials with any third party. You must notify us immediately at hello@motorhomepig.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
5.4 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, provided false information, or used the Website in a manner that is harmful, fraudulent, or disruptive.
6. Buyer Terms
6.1 Browsing and Enquiries
Buyers may browse vehicle listings on the Website without creating an account. To submit an information request, make an offer, or book a viewing appointment, Buyers must provide their name, email address, and telephone number. This information is used to facilitate communication between us and the Buyer, and between the Buyer and the Seller where appropriate.
6.2 Information Requests
When you submit an information request about a listing, we will use reasonable efforts to obtain the requested information from the Seller and relay it to you. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided by Sellers.
6.3 Offers
Offers submitted through the Website are non-binding expressions of interest unless and until a formal agreement is reached between the Buyer and the Seller. We will communicate offers to the relevant Seller, but we do not guarantee that any offer will be accepted or that a sale will be completed.
6.4 Viewing Appointments
When you book a viewing appointment, we will arrange for you to view the vehicle at the Seller's location at a mutually convenient time. You acknowledge that:
- Viewings take place at the Seller's premises, not at our offices
- You attend viewings at your own risk
- We are not responsible for your safety during travel to or from, or at, the viewing location
- You should exercise your own judgement and, if appropriate, arrange an independent mechanical inspection before committing to purchase
6.5 Wishlists and Preferences
Registered Buyers may save listings to a wishlist and set search preferences. This data is stored in your account and may be used to send you personalised notifications about matching vehicles, subject to your marketing preferences.
6.6 Buyer Due Diligence
It is the Buyer's sole responsibility to conduct all necessary due diligence before purchasing any vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying the vehicle's condition, service history, MOT status, mileage, outstanding finance, and legal title. We strongly recommend that Buyers arrange an independent vehicle inspection by a qualified mechanic before completing any purchase. We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising from a Buyer's failure to conduct adequate due diligence.
7. Seller Terms
7.1 Vehicle Brokerage Agreement
Sellers who wish to list their motorhome or campervan with us must enter into a separate Vehicle Brokerage Agreement. That agreement governs the specific terms of our engagement, including but not limited to:
- Exclusivity and contract duration (initial 90-day term with rolling monthly renewal)
- Return price and commission structure
- Seller warranties regarding ownership, condition, and title
- Obligations regarding vehicle maintenance, insurance, and availability for viewings
- Termination provisions and associated fees
- Circumvention protections
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Vehicle Brokerage Agreement, the Vehicle Brokerage Agreement shall prevail in relation to the Seller's engagement with us.
7.2 Seller Dashboard
Sellers are provided with access to a dashboard where they can view their contract details, manage listing information (including descriptions, features, and documentation), review offers from prospective buyers, request price changes, and track appointment requests.
7.3 Seller Information Accuracy
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided about their vehicle is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. This includes information about the vehicle's make, model, year, mileage, condition, service history, features, and any known defects. We rely on the accuracy of this information when marketing the vehicle to prospective Buyers.
8. Vehicle Listings
8.1 Listing Accuracy
While we take reasonable care to ensure that vehicle listings on our Website are accurate, all listing information is provided by the Seller and we do not independently verify it. Listings are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer to sell. Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice.
8.2 Images
Vehicle images displayed on the Website are photographs of the actual vehicles. However, colours and details may appear differently on screen depending on your device settings. Images should be treated as indicative only. We recommend viewing the vehicle in person before making any purchasing decision.
8.3 No Guarantee of Availability
The presence of a listing on the Website does not guarantee that the vehicle is still available for sale. Vehicles may be sold, withdrawn, or have their status changed at any time.
9. Fees and Payments
Our brokerage commission is payable by the Seller in accordance with the Vehicle Brokerage Agreement. Buyers are not charged any fee by Motorhome Pig® for using the Website, submitting enquiries, making offers, or booking viewing appointments.
The sale transaction (including the transfer of funds) takes place directly between the Buyer and the Seller. We do not handle purchase funds, act as an escrow, or process payments for vehicle purchases.
10. Intellectual Property
The trade mark "Motorhome Pig®" and associated logos are registered trade marks of Hathershaw Associates LLC, used under licence by Grasscroft Associates Limited.
The trading names "Sell My Motorhome Yorkshire" and "Countryside Motorhomes" are used by Grasscroft Associates Limited.
The Website platform, software, database, design, and associated intellectual property are owned by Hathershaw Associates LLC and licensed to Grasscroft Associates Limited.

- Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100).
- We are not liable for the condition, quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of any vehicle listed on the Website. Our role is solely as a broker and introducing agent.
- We are not liable for any acts, omissions, representations, or warranties made by any Seller or Buyer, or for any disputes arising between Sellers and Buyers.

17. Cookies and Analytics
The Website uses cookies and similar technologies. We use a cookie consent management platform (CookieYes) to obtain your consent before placing non-essential cookies.
We use PostHog for product analytics, error tracking, and session replay. Before you consent to analytics cookies, PostHog operates in a cookieless mode that captures anonymous usage events and error reports using server-side hashing, without storing any cookies or data in your browser. This allows us to detect and fix technical errors (such as broken pages or failed form submissions) regardless of your cookie preferences. If you consent to analytics cookies, PostHog switches to cookie-based tracking for more detailed analytics and session replay. All form inputs are masked in session replays to protect your personal data.
Full details of the cookies we use and how you can manage them are set out in the Cookies section of our Privacy Policy.
