The decision to buy my first campervan was after a long period of careful consideration. With little knowledge of this type of vehicle it was with an element of intrepidation that I decided to source the market. During this process I came upon 'Motorhome Pig' who are responsible for sourcing and checking campervans, (in all respects), prior to advertising for sale. I decided to utilise their services and have no regrets at doing so. Their customer interface was excellent and I have finished up with a fine, practical and professionally fitted out 10 year old Pop Up Top, Peugeot Expert Tepee with a diesel engine that has only completed 68K mileage. My experience in dealing with Motorhome Pig (in particularly 'Woody') was excellent and I thoroughly recommend their services.
If you want to find a company to sell your campervan on your behalf look no further than this fairly new family run business. My van was listed on a Wednesday and a buyer found by Saturday and money exchanged with buyer on the following Wednesday. During that time the website was super easy to use to upload description, photos and videos of van. Incredibly good uploading. For me the brockerage fee I paid was 100% worth it. The communication with the 'real' people was excellent. Someone always answered the phone. Someone would always ring you back. That someone for me was principally Woody. When the offers started to come in I explained to Woody I needed the full asking price to make the sale acceptable for me. He understood and went back to the buyers and explained my situation. This positive attitude led to the sale of the van at the full asking price. Woodys subsequent communication with the buyer and me made the exchange so easy. A 5 star experience.
