Buyer Jackie & Wayne asked about condition/marks and wear, whether the van will be serviced again, exactly what's included in the sale, and the seller's reason for selling.
Condition: the owner describes it as excellent overall — the interior is immaculate and the exterior is excellent. Servicing: the next service is due in November. If a buyer comes forward before then, the owner intends to have it serviced again for the buyer's peace of mind, and is confident it will be straightforward. Included in the sale: nothing further beyond the two smart TVs, the awning and the mirror-armour wing protectors already listed. However, the owner has a number of accessories he's happy to offer the buyer at heavily discounted prices before they go to a wider market — photos and details can be shared. Reason for selling: simply that they don't use the motorhome anywhere near as much as they thought they would. Other points the owner wanted to pass on: - It has recently sailed through its MOT, valid until 11 August 2027. - It has had annual habitation checks. The most recent, on 9 July 2026, identified a small localised area of water ingress, which is booked in to be rectified on 24 September and the owner will make sure that's completed. - It's fitted with a Scorpion tracker.
