The owner says the drop-down bed is electric. The owner confirms the seating underneath cannot be used while the bed is down.
Has the habitation check picked up any damp or damage, and what heating, hot water and water tank system does it have?
The owner says the habitation check did include a damp test and it found damp in one of the cupboards, which the owner already knew about. The owner says this came from a small leak while away on holiday, and the roof has since been fully resealed and the area has dried out. The owner says the reading was just above 9, which the owner considers fine for a van of this age. The owner confirms the heating and hot water are on a Truma system, and believes the fresh water tank is about 90 litres.
