A coachbuilt motorhome on the Fiat Ducato base, the Ixeo I offers a practical and well-specified layout with a fixed rear bed and a generous underfloor garage — well suited to couples or small families looking for a comfortable, ready-to-travel setup. The owner advises the vehicle is from a non-smoking household.
The owner advises a full service history is in place, with the most recent service completed in March 2026. A fresh habitation check and gas safety check were both completed in August 2026 and passed, so it's ready to go. Documentation includes the V5C, service book, and all appliance manuals. Two keys are present. A Smartrack S5 tracker is fitted. The owner advises fly screens are fitted to the bedroom window, living room windows, and the side door.

Buyer is an Ixeo owner querying whether the van would really have both cab and habitation air con as listed.
The owner confirms it's just the cab air conditioning that's fitted (the unit that runs when driving) — there isn't a separate habitation/living area air con unit.
Viewing for the 2020 Burstner Ixeo I was requested for 19 Sept, then cancelled by the seller (away this weekend, offered 22nd-25th Sept as alternative, then away again until 5 Oct). Kathryn replied by SMS this morning saying her husband's diary is busy next week and she'd rather view after 5th October if the owner is willing to hold it that long. Asking the owner directly whether that's acceptable so we can come back to Kathryn with an answer.
The owner says if it suits Kathryn, she's welcome to view tomorrow (Thursday 17th) or Friday 18th September this week. Otherwise he's happy to arrange a viewing after 5th October when he's back.
Buyer Guy McPhee (cash buyer, Falkirk, buying this month) submitted an info request on the 2020 Burstner Ixeo I today asking about damp/damage, tyres, service history, owners, layout, storage and price. His £59,000 offer was declined on 16 Sept. Asking the owner the factual points I can't confirm myself.
The owner confirms the motorhome passed all its habitation, electrical and gas checks, and he has the paperwork for them. There have been no accident repairs during his ownership. He isn't sure exactly how old the tyres are, but says they're all in very good condition.
Buyer Kevin Lee (Autotrader enquiry, 25 Sep 2026) asked by email whether the gas can be refilled at a petrol station selling LPG. Nothing in the listing or seller details says what the gas system is. His offer of £61,000 has been submitted separately.
The owner confirms it runs on two standard exchange gas bottles rather than a refillable LPG system. He believes they are a 6kg and a 10kg bottle.
Buyer Kevin Lee emailed on 25 Sep 2026 asking about lithium batteries/solar for off-grid use, whether the owner has done winter trips, and whether extra insulation would be needed for a ski season in Austria. None of this is in the listing or seller details. The gas question was already answered earlier today.
The owner isn't sure yet exactly what type of leisure battery is fitted, and is going to try to find out. He's taken it on several winter trips in England and says the heating and hot water performed very well. The floor is double-skinned with insulation between the layers.
