There's no visible rust anywhere underneath. The owner isn't certain about the underseal specifically, so that's something best checked in person at a viewing.

The videos are around six months old and the photos are less than three weeks old — all still very reflective of the motorhome's current condition. The one small difference is the awning pole, which snapped two weeks ago; that's been noted in the advert description and reflected in the price.
