I'm just going to show you around our Fiat Rapido. It is a 2004 plate van with 53,000 miles on the clock. It's a manual drive, pretty comfortable on the inside. Both of the front seats can turn around all the way to face the rear.
They've both got drop down armrests which makes for quite a comfortable ride. And then let me show you around the rest of the van. So in terms of living space, these chairs turn around, you've got a double sofa, forward facing, both have got seatbelts. We've got a small table here that is removable.
We've also got the original large table that came with the van, which we found just took too much space. But we still have that if you want to see that. All the windows have got fly screens as well as full blinds to keep the light out which is quite handy. We've got a three-way fridge which runs on the gas, the electric and the battery.
Plenty of storage space for things like cutlery and potpourri. And there's a two-ring hob which is great for cooking. There's an extractor fan under here which is quite helpful. Sink, there is a small mark in the sink where there was like a corrosion hole that we filled.
It works perfectly well it just looks a bit grubby. I'm sure someone else would do a better job of that than I did. The taps move which is quite useful. Storage in here for your plates and for your cups.
All storage over here along with electric points. There are a few electric points around the van. There's more storage over here that we use for saucepans and things like that. These also drop.
Internal spotlights and then it's a double fixed bed. Comfortably fits two six foot tall people with plenty of storage space under the bed. Down here is where the leisure battery lives just underneath that. Let me lift it and you can see it.
Leisure battery, literally a year old. Plenty of other space in here. These cupboards for clothes and things like this or hair dryers. It's also got these little lights that you can turn on and off from the bed so you don't have to get up to turn the main light off which is quite nice.
We've got a gas heater, keeps the place very snug in the winter and a wardrobe that has a light fitted. This is the attachment for the outside hose which is quite handy if you have dogs. And then this is our bathroom. So it's a small bathroom cassette toilet.
The carpet isn't fixed so it comes up. We've just never used the shower because we've always camped at places that have facilities. The tap itself extends into like a shower head. Plenty of cupboard space, storage space in the bathroom and a light and the cassette toilet runs underneath the van.
So this is the side door. Handy built-in step to be able to get out so it's not too much if it's dropped out. And then on the outside, this is where the external shower fitting is. We've got a finger lock here with a key so that you can feel extra safe when you lock it in at night.
That's underneath where the cassette toilet goes. Bike rack on the back which is handy. This is how to get in the underside of the van also with extra locks just for a bit of extra security. This is where the water goes, this is where the electric connection goes and this is where the gas canisters are kept in the secured gas cupboard.
So there is also an awning that comes out the side of the van on the other side. This awning here comes out to about here-ish which is perfect for the shade and especially if it's a windy day you can slip a windbreak down the back and it makes for a nice comfortable space. So that's our van and if you want any more photos or anything please give me a ring.
