Questions & Answers
Buyer Peter Gosling enquired via the website asking about damp/damage, tyre condition, and whether the engine is chain or belt driven (and when the belt was fitted).
1) A full habitation check and damp test was carried out in February 2026 with no issues found. 2) The tyres are all in good condition, though the owner isn't certain of their age. 3) The owner understands the engine has a cam belt. There is very little detail in the service book and no service paperwork was passed on by the previous owner, so he can't confirm whether it has been changed. The vehicle has covered 42,500 miles.
Buyer Darren Hargreaves (via eBay) asked whether the motorhome is LHD or RHD before deciding whether to view.
It is right-hand drive.
Buyer Darren Hargreaves enquired via eBay on 18 Sept asking if the Flair is LHD/RHD and whether it has a large rear garage. Drive side answered (RHD). He's now chased specifically on the rear garage, so asking the owner to confirm the under-bed storage.
The garage has two access doors from outside. The main rear access point measures 54 inches wide by 38 inches tall, and the side access point measures 33 inches wide by 42 inches tall. The owner's view is that a small scooter would be possible.
Buyer Khuda Bakhsh enquired via the Motorhome Pig website, selecting questions on damp/damage, heating/water, storage, price negotiable and marks/scratches, and also asked for photos of the rear garage.
The heating can be run on either gas or electric, with fitted vents throughout. The hot water can also be heated on either gas or electric.
Darren Hargreaves (eBay enquiry, 18 Sep) has been asking all afternoon about rear garage space for a trials/enduro bike. Owner Kevin gave door measurements earlier today. Darren has now texted asking if the owner can send pictures.
Kevin has sent a photo showing the rear garage space and access doors, as requested.
Paul Jacques enquired via AutoTrader about the 2006 Niesmann-Bischoff Flair (deal price £25,000) and asked for photos of the front and the kitchen layout to help judge the vehicle.
Kevin has sent over 7 photos in response to the request for shots of the front (cab/exterior front) and the kitchen layout.
Buyer Josh Evans (via eBay) asked for the external length and the service history. Service history is already covered (part service history), so only the length is needed.
The owner says the motorhome is approximately 24ft long overall.
Buyer Josh Evans asked by WhatsApp on 19 Oct 2026 whether the Flair has full engine and habitation service history. Listing says partial history, last serviced 24 March 2026, habitation check 19 Feb 2026. Asking owner for specifics on what paperwork exists.
The engine had a full service on 26 April 2024 at 40,729 miles, and it has done about 2,000 miles since then. The last habitation check was on 19 February 2026.
Buyer Josh Evans asked on WhatsApp on 19 Oct whether any engine work such as the cambelt has been done. Seller-provided details say cambelt changed July 2020, but an earlier Q&A answer from the owner said he can't confirm whether it was changed. Needs clarifying before we tell the buyer anything definite.
The owner says the cambelt was changed on 2 August 2020, and he has paperwork for that change (he has sent a photo of it).

Seller's ID verified by Motorhome PigA quick honest note
Because you're buying directly from the owner, the condition of the motorhome is yours to judge on the day - and that's a good thing (it's why there's no dealer markup). We verify ownership and run an HPI check; the motorhome's condition is the one thing best judged in person. We'll give you a checklist so you can view like a pro and satisfy yourself everything's spot-on before you buy.
Our checks cover the seller and the registers, not the vehicle itself, and they rely on data supplied to us by third parties, so we can't accept responsibility for errors or omissions in it. However thorough our checks are, please arrange your own independent inspection and your own history check before you commit to buying.
