Buyer Samantha emailed on 24 Oct, replying to our answer that the listing shows 2 belted seats. She says the photos look like they show belted rear seats. She needs a minimum of 4 travel seats. Her viewing request for 25 Oct at 15:00 is pending.
Yes. The owner confirms there are two belted seats behind the cab, as well as the driver and passenger seats, so four belted seats altogether. The owner is also happy for you to view tomorrow (Sunday 25 October) at 3pm.
Buyer Samantha (Sam) replied on Sat 24 Oct at 20:12 to the MOT/SORN update, before her 300+ mile drive from Blackpool to the Bognor Regis area for the confirmed viewing on Sun 25 Oct at 15:00. She asked for a habitation check answer and raised five points from her own look at the MOT history. Questions passed to the owner word for word.
The owner has replied to each question briefly: 1) Habitation check: "None noted" (no issues noted). 2) Lighting faults from earlier MOTs: the owner answered "no". 3) Oil seepage: the owner answered "no". 4) Front brake discs and pads: the owner answered "no". 5) Rear shock absorbers: the owner answered "no". 6) 2024 emissions fail: it has since passed its emissions test. The owner has also told us the motorhome has just passed its MOT and is no longer SORN. If you'd like more detail on any of these, the owner will be there to talk you through it at the viewing.
