Buyer Samantha asked about body condition/corrosion, van dimensions and internal height, gas safety measures, and bed length — none of which are covered in the listing.
This is a home conversion, built using recycled wood. Internal standing height is 5ft 6". The bed is approximately 5ft 8" long and 4ft 4" wide. On gas safety: there's no gas locker — the gas bottle is kept in a cupboard, and the cooker hasn't been used as the owner tends to cook outside. Also worth noting: solar panels, inverter and leisure battery are all less than a year old, and a new main engine battery and new alternator were fitted in May 2026.

Heating is a diesel heater (currently untested). There's no hot water system — as it's a home conversion it currently only has cold running water.
