This coachbuilt motorhome features a fixed twin-bed rear layout above a garage, making it a practical choice for couples or small families who value dedicated sleeping space and generous underfloor storage. The vehicle is a non-smoker and comes with two keys.
The owner advises the vehicle has full service history and was purchased new from a dealer. The owner also advises that a large drive-away awning is included — an Outwell Newburg 260 Air Xtra Tall, used only a handful of times and stored complete with poles and guy ropes in the garage. Being an "Air" model, the internal poles are inflatable rather than steel, so it goes up very quickly, and the pump is included. As there is no awning rail or housing on the motorhome, the awning is secured by taking three additional guy ropes over the roof to the other side of the van and pegging them to the ground — photos of it erected alongside the motorhome are on the advert.
Included in the price at no extra cost: the owner is happy to leave a good amount of useful kit behind, as it will no longer be needed — kitchen equipment, melamine crockery, cutlery, bowls, utensils and cooking equipment, bedding for both single beds and the drop-down double, two mains power cables and other sundries.

Buyer Kevin enquired via the website asking for photos of the awning.
The seller has sent 6 photos of the awning erected against the motorhome (he doesn't have any showing it left standing "standalone" after driving out for the day). As there's no awning rail/housing on the motorhome, the awning is secured by throwing three additional guy ropes over to the other side of the van and pegging them to the ground, roughly in the positions shown in the photos. The awning is made by Outwell — the seller can't recall the exact model but will confirm it by Monday.
Buyer Graham enquired via the website asking "does it have GPS??" — nothing in the listing details confirms a sat nav one way or the other.
There's no built-in or factory-fitted sat nav in the cab. The owner uses a portable Falcon sat nav plugged into the 12V socket — it's designed for larger vehicles, so you input the van's dimensions and it plans a recommended route, avoiding roads that are inaccessible or difficult for a motorhome.
