This is a panel-van style campervan conversion on the familiar Ford Transit base, finished in white and with a manual gearbox. The owner describes a fixed rear bed with a garage area beneath it, giving secure, enclosed storage for outdoor kit, tools or bikes alongside the sleeping space.
Recent work
The owner has invested around £4,000 in recent work on this van. The entire underneath has been done, with welding and sealing, and the panel work has been done on both sides. It's a solid, well-looked-after Transit that has had the hard work already taken care of.
The compact, straightforward layout makes it a practical choice for a solo traveller or weekend use, and the Transit's driving manners will be familiar to anyone who has driven a van before. A side tent is included in the sale, giving you extra covered space once you're pitched up.

Questions & Answers
Buyer asked whether the van has a shower and how big the solar panel is. The shower is covered in the seller details; the solar panel size isn't.
It's a 12V system with 2 solar panels — the owner says it's just enough to power the lights.
Buyer A Sataiyah emailed on 22 Oct at 15:50 after JJ's call about the offer being accepted. They asked whether the lack of a shower tray in the toilet means it's an external shower. The seller-provided details list a "Separate shower cubicle" and "Hot and cold water", but there is nothing on where the shower is or what type it is.
There's no shower fitted. The cubicle houses a porta potti, but the owner says a shower could be fitted in that space. She also confirms the solar panels only power the lights.
Buyer A Sataiyah emailed these questions on 22 Oct after JJ phoned to say the offer was accepted. Buyer says they need the answers before they confirm a viewing. All the questions are put together here in one message to the owner. The buyer has said the wheelbase doesn't matter now.
One more thing from the owner: the rear door lock works properly and the van has never been broken into. She also confirms that off hook-up, only the lights run off the solar/leisure setup. As already mentioned, there's no shower fitted. The cubicle houses a porta potti, but a shower could be fitted there. The owner hasn't confirmed daytime viewing times for 27/28 October yet.
Buyer A Sataiyah emailed 22 Oct after JJ phoned to tell her the offer had been accepted. She's coming by public transport from Kent and wants these answers before she books travel. On the call she mentioned Tue/Wed next week. JJ also noted the question of whether the seller could pick her up from the station. That's left for JJ, as I haven't relayed it.
One more thing from the owner: she can do a daytime viewing on Wednesday 28 October. She hasn't given a specific time yet.
