The conversion was done by the owner before Simon, who lived in it full time for about a year before moving into a flat (Simon bought it from him at that point). Simon isn't sure what the van was used for prior to that conversion. He's also added that a new engine was fitted towards the end of 2025 and is in great condition.
Buyer Susan is interested in viewing and wants exact length and height measurements, plus whether you can move from the back to the cab internally given the rigid frame on the 4th seat.
The van is 5.5 metres long and 2.5 metres high. There's no bulkhead, so you can get through from the back to the cab. The front passenger seat is currently a double — for easy walk-through access that would need swapping to a single.
