This 2016 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a converted 4-berth motorhome, currently available to view in Thornton-Cleveleys, Lancashire. The owner advises it features a spacious layout with an end lounge, separate shower, diesel heating, gas hot water, and twin leisure batteries (recently replaced). Buyer Martin is asking for photos of the bedroom area and the back doors open, and wants to know if there's a solid bulkhead or a curtain between the cab and living area.
The divider between the cab and living area is just a curtain, not a solid bulkhead. Edward has also sent a photo of the bottom bunk without the mattress. He will have more photos and a walk-around video available by tomorrow afternoon (Sunday 26th April).
Buyer Mark has asked a wide range of questions including damp/damage condition, heating/water systems, storage details, kitchen facilities, bathroom facilities, and whether the price is negotiable. Several of these details aren't available in the listing or seller-provided info.
No damp or damage history. Heating is diesel-powered blown air. Hot water is gas heated. There's lots of storage inside. The seller is open to offers but can currently only go £250 below the asking price of £15,995.
Buyer Ian is asking how much fresh and waste water the van holds.
It's a bobil-style water heater that heats 20L at a time in a hot tank. Fresh water tank is 100L and waste is 120L.
