This coachbuilt motorhome is laid out with a rear washroom, with the main sleeping arrangement over the cab. It is a practical choice for couples or a small family, and it falls within the weight for driving on a standard UK car licence.
The owner advises the motorhome is a non-smoker vehicle, and that the cab battery is new. The owner also advises a service in July 2025, and lists additional extras in their own words as: "Awning, 2 x Solar Panels Eco Worthy, Smoke Alarm, Carbon Monoxide Monitor, Fire Extinguisher." Documentation held by the owner includes the V5C, all appliance manuals, and mechanic and repair receipts. MOT valid until 20 July 2027.

Buyer Anne Goodwin enquired via the listing page and ticked a long list of topics including damp/damage, dashboard, control panel, storage and heating/water.
1) Damp: The owner says there's no sign of damp. No damp reading has been taken yet. Its annual habitation check is due shortly and he's about to book it in. 2) Dashboard/control panel: The buzzing turned out to be the glow plug relay. That's been replaced, and the lights panel is working. 3) Storage: There are overhead lockers on both the left and right sides, storage under the long seats on both sides, and a fairly large cupboard on the right next to the toilet. 4) Water system: It has the standard water heater listed in the advert. The owner empties the tank over winter, then in spring rinses it with sanitiser, rinses it again and refills it. They only use tank water for washing dishes and flushing the toilet, and buy bottled water for drinking.
