Built on a Ford Transit chassis, this coachbuilt motorhome offers a lounge-conversion sleeping arrangement, making it a practical choice for families or groups of up to four. The layout provides comfortable living space across a well-established Auto-Sleepers body.
A Fiamma wind-out awning is fitted and included in the sale, and the owner advises that a Vango air drive-away awning can also be included — a useful pairing if you like to pitch up and still have the van free to use.
The owner also advises that the following go with it: the electric hook-up cable, crockery, a winter protective cover (if wanted) and two gas bottles (one empty, one around half full) — so there's very little to buy before your first trip away.
The owner advises the vehicle is a non-smoker, and that documentation includes the V5C, manuals, and a selection of receipts. The owner also advises a fitted heater as an additional extra. A last service was carried out in August 2025, and the MOT is valid until December 2026.

Questions & Answers
Buyer James Gray asked about damp, whether any windows need replacing, and any structural damage.
1) Damp: there's no damp anywhere in the habitation area — the owner has a damp meter and has just checked it. One of the advantages of the one-piece fibreglass habitation body. 2) Windows: none need replacing. There's one slight crack that a previous owner taped up (the owner has sent a photo of it) — it doesn't leak and doesn't steam up. 3) Structural: no structural damage. Both cab doors were replaced before the current owner bought it, and painted white.
Buyer Lindsay asked specifically: "Has there been a cam belt change?" This isn't covered in the listing's service history details (which mention a new steering rack, water heater and EGR solenoid, but nothing about the cambelt).
The owner has checked through the paperwork she holds and there's no evidence of a cambelt change in it. She's owned the motorhome since July 2025, so she can only go on the documents that came with it.
Buyer Elaine Rowe has had a leak at the cab/habitation join on a previous motorhome and wants to know about any leak there, plus any rust on the inner sills.
1) Leak/water ingress: the owner says there is no water ingress where the habitation body meets the cab. 2) Inner sills: the owner isn't sure exactly which part the inner sills are, but says there's no rust on the body as you step up into the cab. She understands that this area was dealt with at an earlier MOT.
Buyer Paul Webb asked when the timing belt and water pump were last changed (his message was cut off after that). Cambelt already answered; water pump not yet covered.
The owner doesn't know whether the water pump has been changed.
Buyer Paul Webb (Autotrader enquiry, based in the Midlands) replied 21 Oct 2026 asking about the MOT advisories and SORN status. He withdrew the water pump question.
1) MOT advisories: the owner says none of the advisories from the December 2025 MOT (front coil spring corrosion, front sub-frame corrosion, offside front wheel bearing play) have been done. 2) SORN: yes, it's on SORN. The owner has bought a new motorhome, and this one has been sitting on her drive while it's up for sale. (Water pump: she doesn't know whether it has been changed.)
Buyer Paul Webb (Autotrader enquiry, Midlands-based) replied on 21 Oct 2026 at 16:55. He had already dropped the water pump question, and he's mainly interested in the previous advisories and whether the owner is willing to put an MOT on it. The owner has already said the advisories haven't been rectified. This is a new question about whether she'd be willing to do a fresh MOT or the advisory work. The price question already has a team task.
The owner won't be putting a fresh MOT on it or having any of the advisory items done before sale. It's being sold as it stands. She has also said she isn't going to reduce the price.
