McLouis Lagan 410 (Fiat Ducato) – 2004 – KE54 HDL

Mileage: 27,500 (Ultra-Low)
Condition: Ideal Family Starter – Highly Desirable 6-Belt Spec – Remarkable Low Usage
Motorhomepig is incredibly proud to offer this 2004 McLouis Lagan 410. For a 2004 vehicle, the mileage is truly exceptional—at just 27,500 miles, it has averaged roughly 1,200 miles per year, meaning the Fiat chassis and engine have seen very little wear. The Glen 432 is a masterclass in space-saving design, managing to fit 6 legal travelling seatbelts into a compact frame. While the interior systems require a small amount of technical attention, its low mileage and "dry" potential make it an outstanding project for a family looking for a high-quality Italian-built motorhome at an entry-level price.
Triple-Zone Sleeping: A genuine 5-berth motorhome with versatile sleeping options:
Over-Cab Double: A massive, permanent double bed with plenty of headroom.
Central Dinette: The four-seater dinette converts into a second double bed.
Side Bench: The long side sofa serves as a comfortable fifth single bed.
6 Legal Travelling Seatbelts: This is the vehicle's "superpower." It features 6 full seatbelts, allowing a large family to travel safely—a rarity for a motorhome of this size.
Rear Utility Zone: By placing the Kitchen and Washroom at the rear, McLouis has opened up the center of the van, creating a social lounge that feels far larger than it is.
End Kitchen: Equipped with a gas hob, grill/oven, and a 3-way fridge.
Mechanical Integrity & Low Mileage:
Ultra-Low Usage: With only 27,500 miles, the engine is barely "run-in." It offers a smooth, reliable driving experience that belies its age.
Fiat Ducato Dependability: Built on the X244 chassis, which is widely regarded as one of the most reliable and easy-to-maintain platforms in the motorhome world.
2026 Readiness: The current owner is being transparent regarding its schedule, with its next MOT and Service due in July 2026.
Transparent Condition & "Handyman" Opportunity:
At Motorhomepig, we believe in total honesty so you can bid or buy with confidence. This vehicle is priced to reflect two specific areas requiring attention:
Appliance Service Required: The heating and hot water systems are currently non-functional. For a DIY enthusiast or a professional caravan technician, this is likely a straightforward fix (often a fuse, igniter, or pump) that would instantly add value to the vehicle.
Cosmetic Note: There is a minor mark on the back bumper consistent with careful but regular use over two decades.
Transparent Notes:
Licence Profile: Plated at 3,400kg/3,500kg, meaning it can be driven by anyone on a standard Category B (car) driving licence.
Integrity: A clean, honest motorhome with 2 sets of keys and confirmed HPI clear.
Broker's Note:
The McLouis Glen 432 is the perfect "starter" van. Because it has 6 belts and 5 berths, it holds its value incredibly well. The low mileage is the real headline here—it’s very difficult to find a 2004 van that hasn't seen the other side of 60,000 miles. If you are handy with tools or don't mind a small trip to a service center to sort the heater, you will end up with a high-spec family tourer for a fraction of the usual market price.
Walk-around videos are available upon request. Motorhomepig are proud to offer this vehicle as a broker, available to view in Northampton.

Questions & Answers
Buyer Simon Harris is asking whether the seller is open to offers on the McLouis Glen 432 listed at £13,995.
The seller is open to offers but would only drop by up to £500 from the asking price of £13,995, so the minimum he'd accept is £13,495.

Buyer John Tomkins is asking about the control panel on the McLouis Glen 432 — specifically what type it is, its condition, and whether it's functioning correctly.
There isn't a traditional control panel as such. There's a switch for the hot water and the heater has its own panel, though neither has been used by the current owner. When plugged into mains hookup, it displays whether you're charging or on power, and you can select whether you're in or out (for when you leave the van during the day).

Buyer Crystal Fusi is asking detailed condition questions about the McLouis Lagan 410 — specifically: any damage to the windows, whether there are fly screens, do all window hinges and blinds work, any damp or mould issues, any rust underneath, and what mechanical work has been done (e.g. cambelt).
No damp or mould. All door hinges work. Fly screens are fitted and all work. Blinds all work. 2 roof vents with fly screens. Some rust underneath but not MOT-fail level. There is a crack in the top bunk window. The top bunk and toilet windows have tape on the outside to stop wind when travelling — the seller hasn't looked into resealing them yet. No details provided on mechanical work or cambelt.
