Questions & Answers
Buyer is asking two specific questions: 1) Is the sink discoloured or does it just look yellow in the photos? 2) Does the bike rack replace the rear storage box, or are both fitted at the same time?
1) Sink discolouration: Yes, the sink is discoloured, but it can be cleaned up using bicarbonate of soda. 2) Bike rack and storage box: The bike rack replaces the storage box — they cannot both be fitted at the same time. The seller has purchased all the accessories for the bike rack (used once), and it takes up to 3-4 bikes.

Buyer asked about habitation check, solar panel, and cam belt change, along with many other questions about condition and layout
1) Cambelt (timing belt) was replaced in 2017 at 28,000 miles. 2) Solar panel is a single HGX series panel, believed to be 4.5kW — the seller is collecting the motorhome from storage and will try to confirm the exact specification. Additional info: The motorhome passed its MOT in April with no advisories, and the awning has been replaced (cost approx. £800) and has had very little use, so is still in excellent condition.

A quick honest note
Because you're buying directly from the owner, the condition of the motorhome is yours to judge on the day — and that's a good thing (it's why there's no dealer markup). We verify ownership and history; the motorhome's condition is the one thing best judged in person. We'll give you a checklist so you can view like a pro and satisfy yourself everything's spot-on before you buy.
