Also has a working diesel heater. 3) Exterior: No marks on it. 4) Price: The seller would accept £23,000 as his return, so there is some flexibility from the current asking price. 5) Road tax: Approximately £235 per year.

Buyer Tara is very keen and asked about MOT advisories being rectified, layout opposite the shower room, whether an inverter is fitted, whether the wet heating works throughout, whether the dining table is included, and photos of the dining area as a bed.
1) MOT advisories: Most of the work has been done. 2) Opposite the shower room is a large wardrobe, which also houses a large solar controller. 3) The wires relate to a large solar controller (in the wardrobe). 4) The wet heating runs throughout the van including the garage, and also heats from the engine while driving. 5) A camping table is used in the dining area. 6) The long sofa on the offside makes up into the last double bed.
