The F70 is a well-specified coachbuilt motorhome on the Ford Transit base, with an automatic six-speed gearbox. The rear layout provides a versatile sleeping arrangement: the over-garage area converts between two single beds or a large transverse double, and there is a drop-down double above the lounge area. It is well suited to couples or small families.
The owner advises the motorhome was purchased brand new in May 2024 and has covered very low mileage since. The owner further advises that both the habitation service and the vehicle service have been completed recently, with full service history available. The owner also advises the motorhome is fitted with a compact habitation air conditioning unit and a Wi-Fi system. Two keys are included.

Buyer Benedict Skipper asked to see the habitation service records, particularly the moisture readings, and asked about the habitation air conditioning.
The owner has sent photos of the latest habitation check document (most recent check 20 May 2026), which we can pass on. On the habitation air conditioning: it was factory-fitted as part of the vehicle and factory extras, so it was already fitted when the owner bought the motorhome brand new — he has supplied documentation confirming this.
Buyer Chris Smith enquired via AutoTrader about the 2024 Auto-Trail F70 and asked whether the service mentioned in the advert was completed by a main dealer / who carried it out.
The owner has confirmed the vehicle was serviced on 15 May 2026 by Johnstones Garage, Kirkby Stephen — a Ford garage. They provide paperwork for all work carried out and update the Ford app, so the history is recorded there. That 15 May 2026 service was the van's first scheduled service (Ford's interval on this vehicle is two years), though the owner also had an oil and filter change done at the 12-month mark, again by Johnstones and also recorded on the Ford app. The habitation check was carried out by D and C Caravan Services, an NCC-approved motorhome and caravan workshop.
