The owner advises that the U-shaped rear lounge makes up into one large double rather than two separate singles. The cab bed and rear double measure 140 x 207cm and 120 x 207cm. The two rear lounge bench seats themselves measure 1.32m and 1.40m in length. Overall vehicle length is 5.4m.
The owner advises the following extras are included: a Fiamma F45s awning (with receipts), Paragon silver windscreen and cab window covers, a full winter storage cover, a 6 kg gas bottle, and four brand-new tyres. A full habitation check was carried out in May 2026, with the report available. A service was completed in April 2026, with receipt available. The owner states documentation includes the V5C and every MOT from new.
Cambelt
The owner advises the cambelt (timing belt) was changed on 7 July 2025 at 20,036 miles. The garage that carried out the work marked the date and mileage in the engine bay, where it can be seen at a viewing. The van has covered fewer than 3,000 miles since.

Rebecca Scanlon enquired via Gumtree about the 2006 Elddis Sunseeker and asked specifically about the results of the habitation check and whether there are any damages.
No damage to the bodywork. The May 2026 habitation check highlighted two higher damp readings — a small area front right, above the cab bed on the driver's side, and another on the vent above the kitchen. Both have since been repaired, and the receipt for the work is available.
Buyer Steve enquired via AutoTrader on 15 Sept asking the length of the two seats used as separate beds. He was told we'd ask the owner; no answer on file yet, so putting the question to the owner now.

The owner says the cambelt (timing belt) has been changed. He doesn't have the receipt for the work, but the garage that did it marked the date and mileage of the change in the engine bay, and he has sent us a photo of that marking. It can also be seen in person at a viewing.
