Trips have been within the UK, as far as Wales, with no overseas visits. 2) **Oil changes** – No oil changes are currently required (the motorhome has full service history and a recent MOT/service in January 2026). 3) **Damp readings & history** – No damp repairs have ever been needed anywhere on the vehicle. Habitation checks have been carried out regularly, with records up to 2025. Kym has sent through supporting documentation (photos of habitation check reports). Living full-time in the motorhome also helps maintain damp and habitation wellbeing. 4) **Storage** – The motorhome is not stored anywhere separately as Kym lives full-time in it, which helps keep it well-maintained and free from damp issues. 5) **Batteries** – No batteries require changing. Battery test reports show Good/Pass results. 6) **Solar panel** – The solar panel charges the battery system, and it also charges when connected to EHU (electric hook-up). The seller confirms there is no damp at all — the motorhome has never been in storage as Kym lives in it full-time. There is no damage anywhere, internal or external. The Truma control panel is in perfect working order — described as "absolutely precise and easy to work" with no wear or damage. Buyer is moving to London and needs to confirm Euro 6 compliance for ULEZ. Also interested in part exchanging their 2016 Benimar Mileo 231 auto.
The seller has confirmed via the government website that the Benimar Mileo 243 (PN67 NLD) does not have to pay to drive in any clean air zone. This indicates it meets the required emissions standard (Euro 6) for ULEZ and all other clean air zones in the UK.
