Motorhomepig is excited to offer this professionally finished 2011 Fiat Ducato 120hp as a broker. Built on the dependable 2.3L MultiJet platform, this van has been converted to a high standard by a private builder, focusing on off-grid capability and functional simplicity. Despite the mileage, it has been well-maintained, with a major cam belt replacement carried out at 136,530 miles, providing peace of mind for its next chapter of adventure.
Off-Grid & Adventure Ready:
This Ducato is a powerhouse for those who love to stay away from the crowds. It is fully equipped for extended off-grid trips:
Power System: Features a Solar Panel linked to 2 Leisure Batteries, ensuring you have consistent power for the onboard tech.
Climate Control: A fitted Diesel Heater keeps the cabin warm year-round, while 2 Skylights provide excellent ventilation during the summer months.
Connectivity: Equipped with a 240V TV and a roof-mounted Aerial, perfect for cozy nights in.
High-Standard Internal Layout:
The interior has been designed with a clean, functional aesthetic that maximizes the Ducato's wide body:
Lounge/Sleeping: A spacious lounge conversion that easily transforms into a large double bed.
Kitchen Facilities: Includes a deep sink, fresh water setup, and a dedicated fridge. (Note: No permanent gas oven/hob, allowing more counter space for portable cooking or customized setups).
Sanitation: Features a private shower cubicle and a portable toilet, making it a fully self-contained unit.
Storage: Cleverly designed throughout, including a bike rack on the rear for your outdoor gear.
Maintenance & Technical Specs:
Engine: The 120hp 2.3L engine is widely considered the "sweet spot" for Ducato conversions—offering enough torque for hills while remaining economical.
MOT: Valid until November 2026 (based on recent Nov 2025 pass).
Exterior: Fitted with a pull-out panel awning, perfect for creating an outdoor living area.
Security: Supplied with 2 sets of keys and confirmed HPI clear with no outstanding finance.
Broker's Note:
Finding a private conversion of this quality on a Fiat chassis is a rarity. It’s a "ready-to-go" camper that benefits from recent major maintenance (cam belt) and a high-spec electrical heart. It’s an honest, sturdy van that is as comfortable on a Highland pass as it is on a coastal campsite.
We offer part exchange of any vehicle type including cars, motorhomes, motorbikes or any asset of value. Warranty options from 3 to 36 months are available (subject to terms and conditions).
Walk-around videos are available upon request. Motorhomepig are proud to offer this as a broker available to view in MK40, Bedford.

Questions & Answers
Buyer asked about service history, damp/damage history, previous owners, and whether the price is negotiable.
Service history: Full service carried out 3rd November 2023, mini service 12th February 2025. Hasn't done any miles this year. No damp issues at all. Regarding price: the seller is looking for full asking price but may consider offers as close to the asking price as possible — however, only after a viewing has taken place.

Buyer Sunia has enquired about the 2011 Fiat Ducato and asked about the dashboard condition — any warning lights, cracks, or issues.
No issues with the dashboard — no warning lights showing and no problems reported.
Answered 10 Apr 2026
Buyer Paul has asked about the control panel in the Ducato conversion — what type of control panel is fitted and what does it manage (e.g. battery levels, water tank, lighting, heating etc.)?
There's no central control panel as such. The panel shown in the listing photos controls the lights, electrics, and water pump. There's also a separate diesel heater regulator and a separate switch for heating the water.

Buyer Maria has asked about service history, damp/damage, previous owners, tyre condition, price negotiability, and HPI check on the 2011 Fiat Ducato. Most questions can be answered from existing info, but tyre detail beyond "good/plenty of tread" needs more specifics.
The tyres do not all match. One was changed last year due to a nail in the rim, and two others were renewed the year before that.

Buyer Wayne has asked whether the clutch has been replaced, whether the gears are all sound, whether the walls are insulated, and whether there is proof/documentation of who did the conversion on the 2011 Fiat Ducato.
The clutch has not been replaced — it's still the original. All gears change smoothly with no issues. The walls are insulated. Regarding the conversion, it was done privately by the previous owner whose circumstances changed, so he sold the van to Kim. Kim may have a few invoices but doesn't have extensive documentation of the conversion work.
Answered 21 Apr 2026
Buyer Lisa has asked about the width and length of the bed in the lounge conversion.
Kim isn't near the van until Saturday so can't provide exact measurements right now, but she confirms she sleeps across the width of the bed comfortably. She'll be able to get specific dimensions on Saturday if needed.
