A practical four-berth conversion well suited to couples and small families. The layout features a fixed double bed across the rear with under-bed storage, an L-shaped dining area that converts into a second double bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with a three-way fridge freezer, full-size cooker with gas rings and electric hob, separate grill and oven, and chrome sink. A separate shower with running water completes the habitation space, along with plenty of overhead lockers and storage presses throughout. The interior has been recently refreshed with new cushions, a new rear mattress, modern grey laminated flooring, new blinds and curtains, and new alloy wheels.
The owner advises a cambelt change at 50,000 miles, with paperwork available. Documentation includes the V5C logbook, manual, and service receipts. The vehicle is a non-smoker and has not carried pets.
