A buyer enquiring through AutoTrader has asked for the vehicle's length.
The motorhome is 7.6 metres in total length. The owner adds that they've toured all over Europe and done the NC500 in Scotland in it with no problems.
Buyer Richard Harris asked for dimensions and more detail; internal headroom and payload aren't in the listing.
The owner advises that when empty (with around half a tank of fuel, roughly 3.8t) there's plenty of payload to spare — he's never been over the 5,000kg gross weight even when loaded with a motorbike, push bikes, chairs, table, food, water and four adults aboard. (Standing height/headroom not specified, but the seating area measures 2.10m and the kitchen/bathroom area 2m.)
Buyer Steven Thompson asked whether a fresh habitation check would be included.
The owner advises the motorhome hasn't had a formal habitation check done. As an owner of high-spec German-built motorhomes over many years, he services most parts himself. He's enquired locally about arranging a habitation check but the company he spoke to is currently quoting 5-6 weeks before they could come out.
Buyer Steve Newton asked about gas cylinder type (Gaslow) and about any damp/damage history.
It runs on standard exchange gas bottles (not Gaslow refillable). On damp: no formal damp check has been done — the owner has had it 4.5 years and reports no signs of any damp or water ingress.
