Okay, so video tour of my Fiat Ducati chassis with a Chasson conversion, well purpose-built motorhome. There's the reg there. You can see the bodywork around the front, all as good as it gets for a vehicle of this age. There is, I've only just noticed, a small chip in the windscreen.

So there's a mirror protector this side. All the wheels are good, all the tyre treads are good. It is a little grubby I'm afraid, it's not showroom condition, just a private sale, but the for a three, four year old motorhome, it's in very, very good condition. It's got a tiny little scuff up there, but that's it.

So there's the gas in there, which you turn on and off. The WC cassette in there. So, that wheel, all good. Tyres very good.

Around to the back, it's a double bike rack on the back. There's a reversing camera in there, but that is all spot-on around the back. And to this side, again, I can't see any marks on this side. So, wheels all good, tyres all good.

So, all the bodywork good there. That's the wheel and tyre. You'll notice there's no mirror protector on this side. The mirror did get knocked off, so it's only got one mirror protector.

I could just take the white one off, then they'll match. Some slight scuffing on the door there. And around to the storage garage in the back. It's quite a big one, so you'll get plenty in there.

Into the van itself. So, that's the control panel. Get some lights on. You work everything from there, the heating, the lighting, etc, etc.

So, we'll start at the front in the cab. So, it's an automatic So, it's very, very clean in here. Storage above. Obviously, there's blinds to go over the sunlight, at the sunroof.

I've always found it very good to drive. Both of these front seats are swivel seats, so they turn around. Lots of storage space. So, there's another three seats back here with forward-facing seatbelts.

When you do the conversion, you take the covers off and switch the seating around. And there is, you know, there's a lot of storage space in the back as well. So, there's a lot of storage space in the back as well. So, there's a lot of storage space in the back as well.

So, when you do the conversion, you take the covers off and switch the seating around. And there is forward-facing seatbelts. See, under there, there's a seat that you lift up. The same on this side.

One at the back, one at the front. So, we bought that because we have three grandchildren to take away. And then, this area does convert into another bed. When you put the table down, so you have got, I'd say, a large single or a small double, whichever way you want to look at it.

So, all the floor, nice and clean. About the way throughout, the kitchen area, there's the sink, cooker and oven, fridge with a little freezer compartment up the top. There's a TV there. I'm not sure I'm going to be able to do this one-handed, but that comes out so you can watch that in the living room there, where it does swivel around to watch in the bedroom.

Obviously, more storage there, there. The bathroom. So, there's a shower cubicle there, sink and low, obviously, the standard cassette low in there. The double bed is an electric drop-down.

So, that comes down there. There's a small ladder that you hook onto there to climb up. It's perfectly safe and secure. I mean, if you could see me, I'm 18 stone and I've slept in it loads of times.

So, there's no worries about that. So, that's the kitchen area, and then, there's the kitchen area. There's no worries about that. So, I'm just putting it back up.

And we have the back bed in here. A good size double bed in here. So, what we've done in the past is, because we take three kids away, we basically have three boys. We basically put the three boys on there and then we sleep on the drop-down, just so when you get up in the morning, you don't have to put the seating area away.

You just raise the bed up straight out for breakfast. So, then we've got more storage here. Oh, just hit the light switch. Pardon me.

More storage there. That goes through into the garage at the back. Have a nice big cupboard in there. I'll step through into the cab.

So, hopefully, you can see that on there. 8,030 miles. It's, to be honest, barely been used. We bought the motorhome, in case you're wondering.

We bought the motorhome and then I retired. We'd had got lots of plans to spend a lot of time in the motorhome, but then I decided to get divorced instead. So, we just went on for a little while and the motorhome is basically sat doing next to nothing. I always make sure it gets started once a week, at least.

Give it a little run here and there, but you can see it's stored in a friend's and this youth's farm. So, it's out of the weather all the time and possibly why it's still in such good condition. But, there it is. All ready to go.

I'm happy to answer any more questions. Thanks.
