So, here we have for sale our Eldess 254 Encore 17 plate, very good condition, parked on the drive for the moment, normally it's kept in undercover storage so it keeps it nice and safe through the winter months, it's parked at home at the moment as we're away this weekend. So you've got your good quality mirror protectors, you can see the paintwork is in good condition, very good condition, all very clean. Here you've got your outside gas point, you can have a nice barbeque if you want to or a patio heater on site, keeps it nice and cosy. Towards the back you have an extra TV aerial if you go on site that has aerial points.
At the back we have the bike rack, again good quality, good quality bike rack, well used. On the other side we have the toilet cassette area, then you have the electric, then you have your garage and then you have the gas compartment, holds two bottles in the gas compartment and then you have your water pump. Take a look inside, as you see as you go in, plenty of storage on either side for your little knick-knacks, for your shoes, keep them out of the way. At the back we have the bedroom area, the bed pulls out quite a bit further, it's just tucked away at the moment for storage while we're traveling.
Storage in the corner, nice mirror unit, each side of the bed has a wardrobe, wardrobes get quite a lot in there as you can see. Both sides of the bed have a cabinet, more storage, so you can get quite a bit in there, both the same. Drawers down either side and on top of here you have a table that pulls out so you can put your drink for the night time, glass of water or a glass of gin and tonic, whatever you like. Then you have the fridge freezer, good size fridge freezer, as you can see, a bottle of gin not included.
Then you have the kitchen area, again plenty of storage, microwave oven, a normal oven, again more storage, more storage. A sink area with a chopping board, pretty much standard. Inside here we have the bathroom, then we have the shower, a good size shower tray, there's your toilet with the Thetford cassette, again more cupboard space, plenty of storage in here, heated tower rail, all in good very clean condition. At the front of the van we have two sofas which can pull out into a double bed, underneath the sofas we have two more seated chairs, so this actually is a proper four berth which will have four seat belts.
TV point, again more cupboards, more storage space, you'd be surprised how much you can get in these cupboards. On the other side, again more cupboards, this is where your TV aerial is, for the satellite you can push that up when you're on site to get a better signal for your TV aerial. Again another cupboard full of goodies for our weekend away. At the front we've got the blackout blinds pulled, that's what parked at home.
Again good quality blackout blinds, swivel cabin seats, so if you have people in here you can swing them around and have a good social gathering. Again all very very tidy and very clean. And there you have it, that is your Eldess Encore 254. Any questions please let me know.
