Right, here's the 2013 Burstner 875 IT+. Just come back, so it's not in the cleanest of conditions outside. It's a bit tight to the fence down that side as you can see, but nothing really to see down that side. By the gas bottles, that's where you get into your gas bottles.
So, front's built on a Fiat Ducato, 3 litre, diesel, manual, 6-speed gearbox. Front door entry on both sides. Mileage on it at the moment, if you can read that, is 35674, but it is used regularly, so it will go up. These seats and the whole front of it has just been completely re-moquetted.
It's about two weeks old, this moquette is. It's exactly the same as the moquette that came out of it, and it replaced because it was starting to show it's a bit of age. Habitation door, it does shut properly, I just left it open because it's easy to get in with one hand. OK, you come in, you've got your front lounge, both seats rotate.
That quickly for you. Both seats rotate. Table goes sideways, and front to back. Excuse my camera work, I'm not the best at it.
I say this is an all new trim, just been done completely on the front. You've got a skylight at the front there, a cupboards space here, and again on this side. Above the table, this is a double bed, controlled electrically, and then it reveals two cupboard spaces when the bed is down. There's mood lighting all the way around the outside in the front.
Moving on to your kitchen unit, you've got a kitchen cupboard there, and a microwave already in there. You've got a single sink, the drainer, three burner hub, cupboard space under the sink, and one, two, three drawers. You've got a glass display cabinet, and that's all your controls, television at the front, and a drinks cabinet. It's a stacked fridge freezer, with an oven and a grill.
This is your oven and grill up here. Your fridge, that's the freezer part of the fridge, freezer, and that's your fridge. Again, the storage underneath in there. The storage stuff there.
Okay, moving in to the rear, you've got a shower on that side, and storage in there. You've got a bathroom door, this can lock off the front from the rear, and you've got toilet and wash basin in there. Control panel for the heating, and more storage, basically a wardrobe. You've got your analogue TV, and if you can just see it, your satellite TV is there.
It's simple, press the one button, the satellite goes up, locates the satellite, and the telly's straight on. Controls, instructions are on there. This does divide off, so you can actually shut the rear end of the bedroom completely off, which leaves the bathroom accessible from both sides. We leave it set up as a twin bed, but this does pull out.
Pull out like so, ladder folds up, and you can turn it into one large bedroom at the rear. Two storage lockers on this side, a large storage locker there, with all your heater units down in the bottom. There is mains power there when you're plugged in, and you've got cupboard space, three cupboard spaces up here. These little lights are 12 volt, so if you're off-grid, you've still got lights in the bathroom, in the bedroom sorry.
Blinds with fly nets, if required on both sides. That's basically your inside sorted. Oh sorry, you haven't got a second TV in the bedroom there. Both remote controls are with them.
Large toilet cassettes in there, you've got a mains connection there, and that's your outside gas for your barbecue. A large garage, that actually has all my stuff in it, it's full of stuff we carry and never use. Large garage goes straight through to the other side, we've got a door on the other side. Okay, you've got a wind out awning, and a fitted tow bar.
Reversing camera as well. Satellite dish is mounted on the roof. So there she is, 2013, that's the complete number of her. IXEO plus IT875, I believe the 875 is the length of her.
She's on a tandem axle on the rear, and she's single on the front. New tyres were fitted on the front 12 months ago, private plate will be retained. It has just been MOT'd, was serviced in January. Any viewing is recommended, you're more than welcome to come and look at it.
There we go.
