Questions & Answers
Emma Hines enquired via AutoTrader on 20 Sept 2026 about the 2025 Pilote Joa Camp (Hereford). She asked why the owner is selling such a new van. Relaying the question to the owner.
The only reason we're selling is to buy a bigger motorhome. We love the current one, but we want to be able to take our grandchildren away with us in the future.
Buyer Emma (Nottingham, enquired via AutoTrader 20 Sep 2026) emailed 23 Sep asking if the remaining warranty can be transferred to her if she buys. She may be able to view next week and will confirm a day. Seller details say no extended warranty; Alan mentioned on the 22 Sep call it should still be under manufacturer warranty.
The owner has sent us a copy of the warranty document. They say that, as far as they can see, it doesn't state anywhere that the warranty is non-transferable. We're checking the document for the exact cover and how long is left, and we'll confirm those details.
