Motorhome Pig is proud to offer this 2009 Rapido 9010 DF as a broker, on behalf of the private owner.

This coachbuilt A-class motorhome is built on a right-hand-drive diesel Fiat base and offers a rear-lounge layout with a drop-down bed, making it a practical choice for couples or small families. It sits under 3,500kg, so it's driveable on a standard car licence.

Double floor and storage

Being a double-floor Rapido, there's a generous amount of underfloor storage running along the nearside, accessed from outside — genuinely useful for chairs, hook-up leads and all the bits that usually clutter a locker. There's also a rear garage with a 2.1 metre depth for camping gear, luggage and folding chairs and table.

Washroom

The owner advises the internal shower has been removed from the washroom to free up much-needed elbow room, with storage fitted in its place. A brand new shower tray, valve and unit are included and can be refitted if a new owner would prefer the shower back in. There is also an external shower point fitted in the rear garage.

Kitchen

The galley has a 3-way fridge with automatic energy selection, a microwave and an external BBQ point for cooking outside on warmer days.

History and condition

The owner advises the cambelt was changed in 2020 at 60,000 miles, and that a habitation check was carried out in August 2025. Partial service history. Two 110Ah leisure batteries were fitted in 2025 — these are sealed lead acid. Tyres have plenty of tread. Two keys are included, along with the original Fiat handbook and Rapido handbook.

Questions & Answers

Q

Graham Bates (buyer via AutoTrader, £32,000 listing f73bdd1b3a0c44479affa436a30d12ce) has been waiting on the walk-around video, which is still with our team to test as it won't play for him. He's on his sixth motorhome and says he just needs to see a few areas not covered in the advert before deciding whether to drive down from Corby. Asked the owner directly rather than leave him waiting on the video.

A

The owner has sent through photos of the areas asked about: the washroom (the shower has been removed to give more room in there — there's an external shower fitted in the rear garage instead), the kitchen/galley area, and the exterior nearside of the motorhome with the underfloor storage shown both open and closed.

Q

Buyer Graham asked whether the van has cab air con (confirmed from your details) and whether the leisure batteries are lead acid or lithium.

A

The owner confirms the two 110Ah leisure batteries fitted in 2025 are sealed lead acid batteries, not lithium.

Q

Graham Bates, buyer in Corby with a pending viewing request for Sun 20 Sept 12:30, emailed 12 Sept asking whether the included shower tray is model-specific to the Rapido or a generic one. The internal shower being removed is his main sticking point, so the answer matters to whether he makes the 240-mile round trip.

A

The owner confirms the shower valve unit is the original Rapido part for the vehicle; the shower tray is a standard design rather than a Rapido-specific one. He's also sent through photos of the parts.

Q

Buyer Michael France emailed on 14 Sep 2026 asking about transmission, service history, photos and whether a damp test has been done. The first three are answerable from the listing; the damp test isn't recorded, so asking the owner.

A

The owner advises that no damp has ever been found in the motorhome. There's no separate damp test report to hand, but he's happy to have a damp test carried out once a purchaser is found.

A quick honest note

Because you're buying directly from the owner, the condition of the motorhome is yours to judge on the day - and that's a good thing (it's why there's no dealer markup). We verify ownership and run an HPI check; the motorhome's condition is the one thing best judged in person. We'll give you a checklist so you can view like a pro and satisfy yourself everything's spot-on before you buy.

Our checks cover the seller and the registers, not the vehicle itself, and they rely on data supplied to us by third parties, so we can't accept responsibility for errors or omissions in it. However thorough our checks are, please arrange your own independent inspection and your own history check before you commit to buying.

1

Find Your Perfect Match

Our site is not open to the public. All sellers are under exclusive 90-day contracts with Motorhome Pig, having signed legally binding agreements. We verify the owner's identity and ownership and run HPI, finance and theft checks on every vehicle — the condition itself is yours to judge in person when you view it.

2

Meet the Real Owner

We arrange your viewing at the motorhome's location and give you everything you need to make a confident decision — including a simple checklist of what to look at, from damp and habitation to the engine and paperwork. No pressure, no salesperson — just you, the owner, and the motorhome. Take your time and ask anything.

3

Secure Handover

We provide finance options, handover guidance, and support with the V5 and paperwork. No buyer fees — the price you see is the price you pay.

💚 No Buyer Fees— The price you see is exactly what you pay. We're here to help, not add costs.

More Than Just a Motorhome

Motorhome Pig can introduce you to our partners for finance, free 14-day driveaway insurance, and vehicle repair plans.

Motorhome Pig is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We introduce customers to FCA-authorised partners for finance and insurance, and to Warranty First (a Motor Ombudsman-accredited repair plan provider) for warranty.
