The owner has maintained the vehicle with annual servicing and holds an extensive service history file. A recent full service was completed in October 2025. The cambelt was changed in 2022 at 50,000 miles.
The owner advises the vehicle is equipped with an LPG-powered generator and a separate auto gas tank, along with roof rails. Tyre condition is good, and both cab and leisure batteries are in good order. The owner has kept a dehumidifier on board as part of regular care.

Buyer asked whether the motorhome is automatic, whether it has any rust, about its service history, and about damp/damage.
No rust or corrosion that the seller is aware of. The vehicle was undersealed before his ownership. Christopher has owned it for about 4 years and had it serviced annually — there is an extensive file with its full service history. It has not had a habitation check, but the vehicle is very dry with no leaks. They always keep a dehumidifier on board. The seller is away on holiday until around 24th June, but a friend has the key and can show the motorhome in the meantime.
