MotorhomePig is pleased to offer this 2021 Citroën Relay bespoke panel van conversion (registration LM71 WUX). Built on the modern, wide-bodied Relay chassis, this is a practical, family-friendly camper with just 32,500 miles on the clock, a 6-speed manual gearbox, full service history, and a fresh MOT through to February. Right-hand drive, two sets of keys, and four travelling seat belts as standard.
The "Fixed Rear Bed & Garage" Layout
This one's built around a proper fixed double bed at the rear, with a large garage underneath — big enough to take a motorbike, push bikes, kayaks, or all the kit you'd want for a longer trip away. No making and unmaking the bed every night. Just climb in.
Ahead of the bedroom you've got the mid-kitchen, and up front the lounge area features a rock'n'roll seat that converts into the second bed when you need it.
Sleeping
Sleeps up to 4 — ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, or comfortably 3 adults. Fixed rear double, plus the front rock'n'roll seat that drops down into the second bed.
4 Legal Travelling Seatbelts: Finding a sleek, modern van conversion with 4 factory-fitted travelling seatbelts is a massive bonus. It means the van can function flawlessly as a daily driver for family days out, as well as a weekend holiday getaway.
Mechanical Spec & Maintenance History:
Recent MOT Profile: It just successfully underwent its fresh MOT in February 2026, giving you a clean bill of health for the road ahead.
Full Service History: Mechanically pampered throughout its life, with its most recent routine service completed last summer.
Contemporary Driving: Being a 2021 model, it features modern driving ergonomics, safety assists, and a clean, efficient BlueHDi diesel engine.
Transparent Condition & Maintenance Notes:
At Motorhomepig, we pride ourselves on absolute transparency so buyers can view with complete confidence:
No Habitation History: Please note that as a bespoke panel van conversion, this vehicle has not undergone a leisure-industry annual damp and gas habitation check.
Factory Standard Spec: The vehicle retains its standard conversion specifications with no heavy aftermarket modifications or add-ons.
Vehicle Integrity: Supplied with 2 sets of keys, Right Hand Drive, and confirmed to have no outstanding finance.
Broker's Note:
Finding a 71-plate Citroën Relay with just 32,500 miles and a Full Service History is a fantastic find. The open-plan rear bench layout is incredibly popular because it feels bright, airy, and uncluttered. If you are looking for a modern, reliable stealth camper that doubles as a 4-seater daily driver, this Relay is an honest and beautifully kept platform.
We offer part exchange of any vehicle type including cars, motorhomes, motorbikes, or any asset of value. Warranty options from 3 to 36 months are available (subject to terms and conditions).

Questions & Answers
Buyer Mark Ward is asking whether the van has been re-registered with the DVLA since conversion, whether it's a self-build or professional conversion, and whether it has been weighed.
1) DVLA Registration: The van is registered with DVLA as a van with side windows — it has not been re-registered as a motorhome/campervan. The seller hasn't felt the benefits justified the hassle of proving the conversion to DVLA. 2) Conversion: It's a self-build, but it was built by someone who professionally converts these vans for a living. He tailored it to his exact needs, and the seller describes it as an excellent conversion. 3) Weighbridge: It has never been on a weighbridge. However, the seller has extensive experience owning several of these vans for his business. The basic kerb weight is around 2,250kg with a max permissible weight of 3,500kg. He estimates the conversion adds approximately 550–650kg, putting the total at around 2,800–2,900kg as it stands — which he notes is on the lighter side for conversions. This would leave an estimated payload of around 600–700kg.

Buyer Jason Hampson has asked detailed questions about the kitchen setup, whether there's any bathroom/toilet facility, the control panel, and the current condition regarding any marks or scratches on the exterior.
1) Kitchen area: Includes a sink with water from a freshwater tank, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, small worktop, cupboards for food/plates/pans/utensils, and a dining table. 2) Toilet/bathroom: There is no internal bathroom. There is an external shower, and a portable toilet is available that can be used in the large rear garage (where it's possible to stand). The seller typically sets up with a drive-away awning, using one of the rooms as a toilet area, and tends to use sites with 24-hour bathroom facilities. 3) Control panel: The electrics are managed by a Sargeant control system, which handles the vehicle/leisure batteries, water pump, lighting, etc. The blown air heating runs off gas or electric and is a Truma system controlled via the Truma control panel — both are visible in the listing photos. 4) Cosmetic condition: Apart from a couple of small marks on the back doors, the entire van is in excellent condition both inside and out.
