This compact two-berth motorhome is well suited to couples and small families. The layout features a lounge area with a washroom, and it benefits from a recent cambelt change (at 41,650 miles). The owner advises a part service history, with the last service completed in April 2025, and a habitation check in July 2025. The leisure battery is new, and the cab battery is in good condition.
The vehicle is a non-smoker and comes with a 6kg gas bottle. It is fitted with a tow bar, solar panel, swivel seats, electric step, Truma heating, cruise control, reverse camera, parking sensors, and an inverter. A factory alarm is also fitted.

Buyer from AutoTrader is asking which specific Adria Twin is being sold — they've seen what appears to be two versions: one with an awning and the bonnet the correct colour, and another one that looks different. They want to know which one is the actual vehicle for sale.
The photo showing a van with an awning is NOT Keith's vehicle. He has seen it before on the advert and was previously told it had been removed. His Adria Twin 500s does not have an awning fitted. There is no evidence of an awning being fitted to his van. The photo with the awning appears to be from a different vehicle and should not be on the listing.
