Buyer Barbara asked about service history, damp/damage, price negotiability, bed layout, and location. Service history is listed as "No service history" in seller details, but I need to check if the seller has any records or receipts at all. The seller also noted habitation check was May 2024 but listing says early 2026 - need clarity. Also checking if there's any flexibility on price.
Service history: Peter is going to check through the service history records and get back to us on that one. Damp/damage: The habitation check was last done in 2024 and there were no issues with damp or damage — that continues to be the case. There is a diesel heater fitted which has been used during winter to keep the campervan at a comfortable temperature. Price: Peter feels £20,000 is a very reasonable asking price given what's included and the low mileage (53,348 miles).

No notable marks, scratches, or cosmetic blemishes on the bodywork. Given it's a 2009 plate, it's in very good condition.

Buyer Wayne is asking whether you can access the cab from the habitation area and whether the bulkhead window has glass in it.
The bulkhead opening is open — there is no window or glass between the cab and the living area. You can climb through from the habitation area to the cab, but the main access to the living space is through the sliding door.
