Buyer Sandy Cooper enquired via the listing and selected "Damp/damage" and "Marks/scratches" — no damp readings or bodywork condition notes are on file (last habitation check was Nov 2022).
No current habitation certificate, but there has been no water ingress and no signs of damp. Bodywork is good apart from a couple of very minor marks on the rear panel.
