With six berths and six travelling seats, it is well suited to larger families or groups.
The owner advises the vehicle is from a non-smoking household. It comes with two keys, the original Chausson documentation pack, and a V5C logbook. The MOT is valid.

Buyer Adam asked whether the hot water on the Chausson Flash is gas only or gas and 240V.
The water heater is gas only (no 240V electric option).
Buyer wants to know the size of the rear garage and whether a motorbike would fit inside.
The owner says someone asked him this before: a trials bike was a touch too big to get in, but a scooter would go in with no problem. He's getting exact garage/door measurements tomorrow and we'll pass them on as soon as they're in.
Buyer Chris Harkness has submitted an £18,000 offer on the 2008 Chausson Flash (asking £19,950) today. He previously viewed a 2006 CI Carioca and walked away partly over hab-check/damp concerns. Seller-provided details only say "had one check" with no date. Asking the owner for the date/paperwork so we can give the buyer a straight answer.
The owner says the last habitation check was around late 2017 or early 2018 (he'd need to double-check the exact date). Before advertising, he had a valuation done and the vehicle was gone through thoroughly - the only high damp reading found was in the corner of the garage near the door, where he used to store the hose pipe for filling the fresh water tank. That reading was 18 on the meter.
