Buyer is asking specifically whether any damp has ever been found in the motorhome, and also wants to know the cam belt history (has it been changed, and if so, when/at what mileage).
No damp has ever been found during the seller's ownership. The engine has a drive chain rather than a cam belt, and as far as the seller knows, it has not been changed during their ownership.

Buyer has asked about the heating and water system (type of heating, how the hot water works, condition) and whether the price is negotiable.
The water system has hot and cold water. When plugged into mains (240V), the whole van runs off mains power, giving you hot water and central heating. When running off the leisure battery (12V), you have running water from the 40-litre onboard water tank, so there's no need to constantly fill up. The price is firm at £22,000 — no movement, priced to sell.
