Yes, it has a gas hob. There's an external shower hose at the rear of the van, and a portable toilet (no fixed shower or toilet).

The van had a habitation check two years ago, with all other checks done last year. There are no issues with damp. There are some scratches and marks inside and out, but nothing fundamental or structural — and the price reflects that.
