Buyer Dorothy Barnes (cash buyer, about £18k budget) asked on 11 Oct whether the McLouis Glen could be independently inspected. Malachy called her on 11 Oct, suggested the AA, and said he would get the owner's availability. On 13 Oct Dorothy said she had heard nothing about whether the owner is happy to go ahead, and she is still waiting on the AA. Asking the owner directly so she gets an answer.
Yes, the owner is happy for an AA inspection to go ahead at her location. She hasn't given suitable days yet. We'll confirm those with her.
Buyer Dorothy texted on 13 Oct to say she hasn't heard from the owner and isn't sure they're happy to go ahead with an inspection. On the 11 Oct call Malachy told her owners are happy for inspections and said he'd get the owner's availability. Daniel checked in with her on 12 Oct, and she says the AA haven't come back to her yet. This message asks the owner to confirm and give their availability.
One more thing from the owner: she's quite flexible on days for the AA inspection, as her husband works from home, so most days should work.
Buyer Dorothy Barnes texted 13 Oct 15:04. She's booking a 3-hour Hab Check inspection on the Glen 432 and is worried the owner won't be available. She asked what the earliest date is. The owner has already agreed to an inspection and said most days suit. Separate open task covers the Hab Check needing seller details.
The owner says most days work for the 3-hour Hab Check inspection at her location. She just needs some notice beforehand, so please give her advance warning of the date once it's booked.
