The owner advises that the engine has been replaced and a new cylinder head fitted, with the cambelt and water pump also changed and the clutch renewed — paperwork is available. The owner also advises that a CarPlay head unit has been fitted alongside the original cassette player.

Yes, there's enough room to stand up inside the van. It has a flush toilet, situated with a wash basin and shower.
Buyer Pete asked about TV aerial, alarm/isolation switch, damp/damage, dashboard, control panel, exterior and marks/scratches.
The TV aerial has been taken off, so there isn't one fitted now. The owner isn't sure whether there's a battery isolation switch. As the vehicle is over 30 years old, the owner says there will be some scratches, as you'd expect at that age.
