The interior is immaculate. Outside, there's a tiny dent on the passenger side rear door.

Accident damage: the van has never been crashed or stolen. Someone took the bonnet, bumper, headlights, radiator and a few other bolt-off parts, so the insurer categorised it as Cat N, which is a non-structural claim. The owner bought all the parts brand new and fitted them himself. Toilet: a fixed cassette type, the same as in most other motorhomes. Waste water goes into a container that you empty on site. Photos: the owner will take some close-ups of the rear doors open and the control panels when he's home and send them over.

Yes, BU12 ABV is the van's original registration - not a private plate - and it will be sold with the van.

Yes, there's a seating area with a table that can be put up or down. The passenger seat swivels round; the driver's seat doesn't as standard, though it's easily converted - a buyer would just need to buy a swivel base for the driver's seat.
