No habitation check or damp test has been carried out, and there's no paperwork or report for either. The owner is happy to have one done if it would help.

Garage door opening: 71cm wide x 109cm high. Internally the garage is 115cm wide and 220cm across. The owner is happy to answer any further questions.
Buyer Michael Shipp enquired via the website asking the vehicle's length, whether it has a reversing camera, and what type of blinds are on the front and side windows. He also selected interest in service history, damp/damage, heating/water, control panel and marks/scratches.
Service history: the owner has sent photos of the service record. It was serviced when he purchased it, though that one wasn't stamped in the book. The last service was carried out at 27,361 miles and it's now showing 33,504 — only 6,143 miles ago. He will have it serviced again before collection, and the MOT (due November) will also be done before collection, with any work needed carried out. No — there are no marks, scratches or dents to the bodywork, and no damage inside. The owner has confirmed this previously and says there are no further photos that would show anything more.
