The offside rear tyre was replaced in November 2025 (new). The nearside and offside front tyres were both replaced with new tyres on 26th June 2024.

It's a gas hob (not a full cooker) and has never been used. It's powered by a gas bottle in the locker, with a valid gas safety certificate dated 14/5/2026. All new fittings and safe to use.
