Questions & Answers
Buyer Steve enquired via the listing page and selected questions on service history, damp/damage, tyres, heating/water, storage, dashboard, control panel and marks/scratches, plus asked about drive side, LPG conversion and overall dimensions.
The owner has sent through photos covering the dimensions, the hot water system, the heating and air conditioning system, the van spec plate and the habitation control panel. In their words: the van has long-range LPG as well as petrol, and new tyres were fitted when they bought it in 2024. They've also fitted a new inverter system and three new solar panels, so it's set up and ready for off-grid use. For its year they describe the van as being in very good condition, and say anyone interested won't be disappointed.
Buyer Penny asked for the drive side and the vehicle weight/payload figures. Drive side was previously asked but not answered; weight and payload not yet covered.
The owner has confirmed the Winnebago is left-hand drive, and the gross vehicle weight is 7,490kg — so it needs a C1 licence to drive. They haven't given a payload figure at this stage.
Buyer Sharon enquired via AutoTrader asking for pictures of the seating in the living area.
The dining area seats 4 comfortably and has 4 lap belts. It converts to a double bed - the table drops down and the oval cushion from the back sits on top of it to complete the bed. The owner is also sending a photo of the manufacturer's plate, and photos of the dining area are following shortly.
Buyer Robin Wigley asked about engine (V6?), fuel type and mpg/tank range, slide-outs, plus damp/damage history which has been asked before but never answered.
The owner has confirmed the engine is a 6.8 litre. (Fuel consumption/tank range, slide-outs and damp/damage history still to come from the owner.)
