The owner says there is a slight dent to the rear passenger side near the wheel, but it does not affect driving. The owner says everything else is good.
What diesel heater and electrical setup does the motorhome have, and was it insulated during the conversion?
The owner says two photos show the diesel heater and the electrical system, including the solar controller. The owner confirms that insulation and a vapour barrier were fitted to the walls and roof during the self-build conversion.
How long is the rear fixed bed, and is it positioned lengthways or across the van?
The owner says the rear fixed bed is 6'2" long, around double bed size, and it is positioned lengthways from front to back rather than across the width of the van.
Is this Volkswagen Crafter the H2 high-roof version, and what recent work and equipment does it have?
The owner confirms it is the H2 high-roof version. The owner says no Volkswagen recall work has been carried out, there is no hot-water boiler fitted, no damp has been seen or detected, and the toilet is a cassette toilet. The owner also has invoices for the clutch and cambelt work. Since the last MOT, the owner says the van has done very few miles and no further work has been done apart from replacing the cambelt and water pump.
