Buyer asked why mileage between MOTs is low, whether it has a diesel heater, and whether there are photos of the service history.
The owner bought the van in August 2023, and since then personal circumstances have meant they haven't been able to use it much, which is why the mileage between MOTs is low. It has been kept on the road and the MOT and servicing have been kept up. It hasn't been serviced this year because the garage didn't feel the low mileage warranted it. It does have a diesel heater, which will need a service as it hasn't been used. The owner has a photo of the habitation check from February 2024 and is sending it over.
Buyer selected 'Damp/damage' and asked: is there any damp / leaks from the pop top?
The pop top hasn't leaked at all while the current owner has had the van (since August 2023), although it does still have its original seals. There has been a little water on the passenger side, and the owner replaced some sections of the door seal to deal with it.
