There's a leak in the roof. Other than that, the owner isn't aware of any other mechanical issues. It was her late uncle's motorhome, so she isn't aware of anything further. The buyer is welcome to come and view and inspect it in person.
Sam Shore enquired via AutoTrader on 2 Sep about the Elddis (£7,000). He's a contractor after a van he can carry tools in and live in, dog travelling with him, and has said he won't be getting a C1 licence. Our advert shows 3,200kg / standard car licence but the seller's own listing form said over 3,500kg C1 required, so I need the owner to confirm which is right before the buyer travels.
Storage: there's a large locker/wardrobe inside that's ideal for tools, plus multiple cabinets and externally-accessed storage space as well. Weight/licence: the owner is going to check the MGW on the V5 and come back to us — she thinks it may be over 3,500kg, which would mean C1 is needed, but she wants to confirm from the paperwork before we say either way.
