Buyer Declan is asking whether he can be provided with a copy of the habitation report, and whether an up-to-date habitation check will be carried out before sale, given the current one is approaching its expiry.
1) The seller has provided photos of the current habitation report/certificate (attached). 2) Regarding a fresh habitation check — the seller already has a new one scheduled for July ahead of the insurance renewal. However, if the buyer is happy to proceed with a sale at an agreed price, subject to the habitation check, the seller is willing to have it carried out earlier — no problem at all.
